Naked Sauna is a wellness space built on mutual respect and trust. These guidelines help ensure everyone feels comfortable, safe, and free to enjoy the experience. Thank you for helping us create a welcoming community.
1. Respect and Mindfulness
- Treat everyone with kindness and respect. We're all here to relax and unwind.
- Be mindful of personal space. Some guests prefer quiet; others enjoy conversation. Read the room.
- Respect boundaries. If someone prefers solitude, honour that.
2. Creating a Comfortable Environment
- This is a wellness space, not a social or dating venue. Please keep interactions friendly and appropriate.
- Natural, brief eye contact is perfectly fine. Please avoid prolonged staring.
- Keep conversations light and respectful. Avoid topics that might make others uncomfortable.
3. Hygiene and Safety
- Shower thoroughly before entering the sauna — this is essential for everyone's comfort.
- Always sit on your towel. It keeps the sauna clean and hygienic for all.
- Stay hydrated. Drink water before, during, and after your session.
- Listen to your body. Step out if you feel dizzy, overheated, or unwell.
- Please don't use the sauna if you have open wounds or contagious skin conditions.
4. Privacy and Photography
- Cameras and phones are not permitted in sauna and changing areas. Please keep them in your locker.
- This protects everyone's privacy and helps us all relax fully.
5. Body Positivity and Acceptance
- All bodies are welcome here. Every shape, size, age, and background.
- Nudity in this context is natural and normal — it's about wellness, not appearance.
- Please avoid body comments, positive or negative. Let's focus on the experience.
6. Health Considerations
Sauna use may not be suitable if you:
- Have heart conditions, high blood pressure, or circulatory concerns
- Are pregnant
- Have a fever or acute illness
- Have been advised by your doctor to avoid heat exposure
When in doubt, please consult your healthcare provider before visiting.
7. We're Here to Help
If anything concerns you during your visit:
- Speak to any staff member — we're always available and happy to help
- Email us after your visit at hello@nakedsauna.ie
- Every concern is taken seriously and handled with discretion
A note on enforcement: We rarely need to remind guests of these guidelines because our community is respectful by nature. However, staff may gently guide anyone who's unsure, and we reserve the right to address behaviour that disrupts others' comfort.
By joining our whitelist or visiting Naked Sauna, you're agreeing to help us maintain this welcoming atmosphere. Thank you for being part of our community.
